I joined the newly formed Google Cloud team in San Francisco, where I scaled Product and Engineering teams by exclusively headhunting top talent for the most challenging leadership and individual contributor roles. I managed relationships with director and hiring manager level leaders across multiple teams, with a strong focus on diversity and inclusion programs, designed to drive a pipeline of underrepresented talent across six Google offices.
