At Airbnb, I led the launch of the first Los Angeles office, scaling it from scratch to 60+ employees before the IPO. Partnering with VP-level stakeholders, I optimized hiring processes and influenced talent decisions to achieve the highest percentage of underrepresented candidates. This undertaking required 1000+ interviews, 5000+ outreach to passive candidates, 10+ recruiting events. I also designed and delivered training on recruiting and diversity best practices to hundreds of employees.
